Right of Withdrawal

This page explains your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer buying a Taskwich subscription, and provides a model withdrawal form you may (but do not have to) use to exercise it. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer (a natural person acting outside your trade, business, or profession) and you buy a Taskwich subscription as a distance contract, you generally have the right to withdraw from that contract within 14 days, without giving any reason (Slovak Consumer Protection Act 108/2024 Z.z., §19(1) and §20(1), transposing the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 9).

When the period starts. For a service contract like a Taskwich subscription, the 14 days run from the day the contract is concluded (CRD Art. 9(2)(a)).
How to withdraw. Before the period expires, send us any clear statement setting out your decision to withdraw — by email to [email protected], or by post to our registered address below. You do not have to use a particular form of words, and you do not have to give a reason. You may, if you wish, use the model withdrawal form below (§20(6)) — using it is optional, not required.
Effect of withdrawal. If you withdraw in time, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the withdrawn subscription without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

When the right does not apply — immediate digital access

Taskwich is a digital service supplied immediately on sign-up. Under §17(10) of Act 108/2024 (implementing CRD Art. 16(m)), you can lose the 14-day right before it would otherwise expire if, before we start providing the Service, you give your express consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose the withdrawal right. We ask for that consent with a dedicated, non-pre-ticked checkbox when you subscribe, and we confirm it back to you by email. If you did not tick that checkbox, or performance has not yet started, your full 14-day right under this page still applies.

This right, and the model form below, concern your contract with Vyxos s.r.o. for use of the Taskwich Service. Separate withdrawal rules may apply to the underlying purchase transaction, which is concluded with Stripe as merchant of record — see the Terms of Service, Section 7.

The following is a model withdrawal form based on the standard form set out in Annex 2 to Act No. 108/2024 Z.z. (transposing Annex I(B) of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), provided for your convenience. Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

You may send the completed form to [email protected], or by post to the address above. Sending the form is one way to give notice of withdrawal, but as explained above, any other clear statement works equally well.
